Can i pick up my order “in store”?

At this point in time we don’t have a physical store for pick ups so we cannot offer this service.


When will my order be shipped?

We try our best to ship your orders within 5 working days after we processed your order in our system. Please note that we are a very small start-up and big order traffic can delay our shipping process.


Can I exchange items from my order?

For every enquiry please send an e-mail to info@warriorsrecords.com.

If your items are unworn, unwashed and untorn we accept your returns. Please note that we don’t cover shipping fees for returns so you might consider an insured shipping option.

Once we received and checked the returned item, we’ll get in touch and check if we have the correct size in stock. We’ll send you a full refund and you can place a new order through our webshop.


Can I return my order or items?

When will my pre-order be shipped?

Please read the product description of the pre-order item carefully. If all items are delivered on time, your item(s) will be shipped a few days ahead of their official release date. Please note that we always try to make sure you have your purchased goods on the release date, however we are not in control of the production of every item sold in the store. Please be understanding that if there's a delay in the manufacturing process, there's nothing we can do about it. Please contact us at info@warriorsrecords.com for more info regarding releases.


Is there a tracking code for my order?

We provide a tracking code for each package we send. If problems occur or you haven’t received a tracking code, please reach out to us at info@warriorsrecords.com


How much are the shipping rates?

Below we provided a list of shipping costs and transit times for the differents zones and countries. We do realize some shipping costs are high but please take in consideration we are a brand new small start-up so we don’t yet have the possibility to get great rates at shipping companies. We’re always looking for cheaper options along the way so we’ll make sure to update our site on a regular base. If your country is not on the option list, please reach out to us at info@warriorsrecords.com and we’ll sort out a custom quote.
